Dallas Sales Coordinator Lisa Tanner tells us her favorite things about the city!

My definition of One Perfect Day in Dallas is an afternoon in Grapevine. It is picturesque with endless small mom and pop shops, restaurants, and wineries. They even have horse drawn carriage rides! Every time I visit I feel like I stepped back in time and it is so refreshing.

I chose to make Dallas my home because it is a big city with so much opportunity to flourish. Although it is massive, it still has a small town roots feel.

I’m passionate about free street cars that can take you from Bishop Art District all the way to Downtown Dallas and everything in between. It is always on time and super convenient!

People would be surprised to know it does snow in Dallas, Texas! Being a born and raised Floridian, I was stoked that it snowed on my birthday this past January!

In my opinion, brisket or really anything from Lockhart’s BBQ is a signature food item that visitors must try. Lines are typically out the door. The meats are smoked Texan style all day and once it’s gone it is gone! So you have to get there early because it can and will sell out!
