Account Executive

If you’re a people person with strong sales skills then this role is perfect for you! Our account executives are incredibly knowledgeable about the ins-and-outs of the events industry with strong relationships and personal connections. Account Manager

Account managers are the operations experts who make sure everything goes according to plan. Hate sitting at a desk every day? Perfect…our account managers are always on the go. Attending site visits, meeting with clients, and confirming (and re-confirming) program details are just some of the crucial tasks that ensure success.

Program Design Associate

Program design associates are the right-hand men and women for our account executives, helping them put together pricing and proposals that encourage our clients to say Hello!. This position is perfect for hungry professionals who are eager to start their career in hospitality. They’re also a key ingredient in our secret sauce for success, which includes being an integral part of a dedicated account executive and account manager team.

Executive Producer, Creative Services

If you’re a creative, driven, career-minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy work environment…you’ve found your home. Using plenty of imagination, our executive producers work alongside over 30 other Creative Services teammates to innovate and stay on top of current design trends. These pros work hand-in-hand with our sales team to discover each event’s creative needs and deliver our client’s vision within their budget. Our event designers are always pushing the envelope in an environment where excellence is the norm.

Field Staff

Our field staff are the friendly men and women who represent Hello! when we can’t be everywhere at once. Need some flexibility? This role is part-time and perfect for those with school or other work schedules since many of our shifts occur in the evening and on weekends. From airport meet-and-greets and assisting with tour operations to facilitating guest transportation and more, we couldn’t do what we do without field staff. Want to show us your winning smile?
